SO WHAT EXACTLY IS LOOSE RIDERS?

Loose Riders is 2 things : a mountain bike club and a clothing brand.
Both are completely separate entities, run by the same people.

The Club

A network of crews, ‘Chapters’, that represent spots, areas, cities or countries.
An independent platform where people can connect, meet up to ride, and get general info about spots, shuttles, conditions or anything bike related.

Today we are over 20.000 riders strong with over 100 ‘Chapters’ worldwide, and growing.
The Brand

Our collections are inspired by our environment, from nature to urban, with street-wear and vintage elements. Wearable collections that look good both on or off the bike. We believe that when you feel good in what you wear, that confidence will reflect in your riding.

We have expanded from technical and lifestyle apparel to accessories, protection and bike parts.
The CLUB

The cub’s origins start in Thailand. With amazing trails but no information to find online we started a facebook page to showcase our trails in the hopes to find people to ride with.

In 2012 “Loose Riders Chiang Mai” was born, a Facebook page about a virtually unknown trail network in the north of Thailand with world class riding.

It was an instant success, people loved our concept, and it became clear there was a need for what we had started on a larger scale.

The idea was born to create a Global network –on a local level– of crews that can represent their area. A network of ‘Chapters’, that represent spots, zones, cities or even countries.

Away from the mainstream mountain bike culture, a network where people can connect, meet up to ride, and get general info about spots, shuttles, conditions or anything bike related.
Today we are over 20.000 members strong with over 100 ‘Chapters’ worldwide, and growing.

THE BRAND

Starting out half as a joke, and to get some gear we wanted to wear ourselves we took the DIY approach and dropped our first collection in the fall of 2013.

People instantly connected with our offering, we have since gained rapid growth and a loyal following.

Our collections are inspired by our environment, from nature to urban, with street-wear and vintage elements. Wearable collections that look good both on or off the bike. We believe that when you feel good in what you wear, that confidence will reflect in your riding.

We have expanded from technical and lifestyle apparel, to accessories, protection and bike parts.

THE TEAM

From freeride legends to up-and-coming groms and unsung local heroes. We select riders on their style and ability rather than on tricks, podium, or race results.

Check our page to get the full overview of all our team riders.
