Thank you for shopping at switchbladeonline.com. As a customer, if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your order for a refund within seven (7) days of the arrival of the order. Items must be unused and unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached. You are responsible for the packing and postage costs of the item and a 15% return fee will be deducted from the refund to cover processing and restocking fees. Please note that we do not accept returns for hygienic items which include underwear and socks. Please ensure returns are tracked and signed off, we cannot be held responsible for items lost during a return.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Please note that our clearance items / Buy 1 Get 2 items are sold at significantly reduced prices and are final sale. This means we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for these items once purchased, except under the following conditions: Defective products, Item not as described, item has performance issues.

Free Gift Return Policy

From time to time we include a free item for all orders such as sticker set or keychain. If you're returning a complete order and fail to return the free item you will be charged $5 USD.

Exchanges

We cannot offer direct exchanges. In the event that an item is not right, it must be returned and purchased again in the correct size, colour or model. If we send you a wrong size or item, we will take full responsibility and send you a replacement or refund you.
