Shipping Policy

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12.00 will leave the warehouse, which is based in Germany within the next working day. Weekends and public holidays are not included in the delivery time. All orders are shipped by DHL or UPS at the discretion of the fulfilment center.

We aim to process and ship all paid orders within 5 working days.
As soon as the shipment is ready we provide you with a tracking number to the email registered to the account.

Within the EU: 7 to 14 days

We offer free shipping for orders over 200 Euros to Germany and Austria only. Free postage is not applicable for orders which contain promotional items.

If you're ordering from an overseas territory of a country in the EU, you may have to pay import duties and customs costs when the package is delivered. Please check the import rates and obligations in your country.

Information for UK Customers

For customers ordering from the UK, please be aware of import duty fees that are not included as orders are shipped from Germany.

As per UK law, duties are applied on orders valued at 135 GBP or over including shipping costs and payable once the parcel arrives in the UK. If the order is under this amount duties are not charged.

Instructions will be provided by the courier. At the time of writing orders under 135 GBP including shipping are not eligible for import duties but please check at the time of ordering. If you receive a request for duties and you believe it is wrong, please contact our team via the account chat to resolve.
