Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order for a refund within 14 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all original tags still attached.

Exclusions: Please note that hygienic items such as underwear and socks are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

Once the returned item has been inspected and restocked, you will receive a full refund via the original payment method. If an item does not meet the return criteria, you may request to have it sent back to you at your own expense.

Return Instructions:
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow the provided return instructions carefully. Switchblade Online is not responsible for returns sent without a return label.

For European Union customers, please email info@switchbladeonline.com to request a return label. Include your order number and the items you wish to return, and our team will send you a return label along with further instructions.

Return Costs:
The return shipping is free. However, if you would like an exchange, an additional shipping fee will apply to the new item.

Exchanges

We cannot offer direct exchanges. In the event that an item is not right, it must be returned and purchased again in the correct size, colour or model. If we send you a wrong size or item, we will take full responsibility and send you a replacement or refund you. Please refer to the returns policy above.

Clearance Item and Buy 1 Get 2 Return Policy

Please note that our clearance items / Buy 1 Get 2 items are sold at significantly reduced prices and are final sale. This means we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for these items once purchased, except under the following conditions: Defective products, Item not as described, item has performance issues.

Free Gift Return Policy

From time to time we include a free item for all orders such as sticker set or keychain. If you're returning a complete order and fail to return the free item you will be charged €5 euros.
