PayPal, a company owned by eBay, allows any consumer with an email address to securely, conveniently, and cost-effectively send payments online. It is a convenient, easy-to-use, and secure way for individuals and businesses to send money online for goods and services. After you have confirmed your order you can choose to pay by PayPal. If you you choose Paypal you will be taken to the PayPal website, from where you can send your payment. If you already have a PayPal account, you just have to log in and confirm your payment. If you do not already have a PayPal account, you have to sign up for one. Once you are registered, you can specify how you would like to fund your PayPal payment (debit card, credit card or PayPal balance). Then, just click Send to make your payment. That's all there is to it!
Note that if wholesale customers choose to pay via PayPal, Credit Cards or Cash BankCards, we are requiered to add 3,5% to the total cost of your order to offset our service charges.

Items will be sent by recorded delivery or UPS. Please note that Switchblade Distribution cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged once they've been shipped.
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, mail to shop@switchbladeonline.com and state your order number and reason for cancellation.
2.2. Transparent delivery times All the items you see on our site that are in stock can immediately be delivered after receiving your payment. As soon as we receive your order and your payment, we aim to deliver your goods to you within 2 weeks. The moment your order is placed, you receive a confirmation e-mail, and then another one when your order is shipped. You can track-down your order at http://www.ups.com by using your UPS tracking number. Shipping times may vary and we cannot guarantee the delivery times and dates. Switchbladeonline is not responsible for any delay in delivery due to postal delays.
2.3. Shipping charges:
The freight charge is included in the total to be payed when you check out.
Unfortunately not...the fact that we ship from within Asia makes it really expensive to send the items back, due to distance and import duties.
We're always open to finding solutions for our customers but unfortunately sending items back is not one of the options, please contact us if this problem arises at shop@switchbladeonline.com
Conditions for returning an item:
